Funeral for Emil John Volcheck, Jr.

Emil J. Volcheck, Jr. passed away peacefully early in the morning of Saturday, January 24, 2009. His funeral was held on Friday, January 30, 2009. A mass was held for him at Saint Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, followed by a luncheon at the Concordville Inn where his friends and colleagues shared remembrances.

Emil J. Volcheck Jr

A long time volunteer and supporter of CCIL passed away on Saturday January 24th. Emil spent countless hours educating seniors at the West Chester Area Senior center on the use of computers and the internet. His efforts enriched the lives of a great number of seniors by helping them stay in touch with family and friends using e-mail and seeking out new information of interest. Emil was also Founder and President of the Main Line Computer Users Group. He will be missed.
